The concept development process focuses on turning your concept into a well-defined idea that is financially viable. This also includes defining your brand's mission, outlining your basic operations and what resources will be needed to support your concept on a daily basis. Concept development may also include gathering direct feedback from potential clients or customers. Once your concept has fully evolved into an executable and profitable idea, we can move to establishing a strategic plan to bring your vision to life.

Impactful branding is an natural progression of a well-defined idea. As defined by branding guru Marty Neumeier, a brand is “a person’s perception of a product, service, experience, or organization". This definition may be surprising to some, as a brand is commonly thought of as a logo, website, product, social media, design, marketing, etc. These are all important tools to help express brand messaging, but in reality your brand isn't tangible. It has been said that your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room. When your business consistently provides a wonderful, beautiful, unique client experience, that is your brand. Branding is creating the visuals, personality, values, processes and experiences that define your business.
